Pole Fitness

With regular pole fitness training you will see an increase in your strength, muscle tone, flexibility and your confidence all whilst having  heaps of fun. Classes are always full of laughter exactly how they should be :) Using our vertical sleeved (silicone) poles, you'll wear leggings (Sports are best) and a t-shirt.  Our different level classes ensure you progress at your own level safely and effectively.

You will be taught our levelled pole fitness syllabus which will see you achieving spins, transitions, poses, conditioning moves such as climbing the pole in various ways and working towards inverting (going upside down) All super exciting stuff!!

Lots of people believe you have to be strong to start pole, this is soooo not true! Anyone can pole no matter what your age size or ability.  Try It, I dare you ;)

Beginners Classes

You will learn beginners spins, poses and transitions to get your pole journey off to a great start, no experience required, you don't need to be fit or strong to start. 

Higher Beginner (Part1) Classes

Now you know the basics from beginners you'll be ready to work further up the pole, put together combos too and build strength and confidence further on the pole. 

Intermediate (Part 2) Classes

You'll be stronger then you ever were before from regularly attending beginner classes, you now have great foundation skills and in these classes you'll be working on inverted (upside down) tricks, transitions and combos. Your instructor will tell you when you are ready to level up. 

Advance (Part 3) Classes

After mastering the previous levels this is where you become a badass and start learning arm only moves, routines, flips and become a lot more bendier too. 

Aerial Hoop

You  will use equipment often seen at the circus, a round steel apparatus (looks like a hula hoop) suspended in the air. With Regular training you'll build your strength, stamina and increase your flexibility as well as your confidence. Don't you worry you don't need to be strong or have any experience to start your aerial fitness journey.  In fact It is so much fun, you may become an aerial addict. ​​

Beginners Classes

You will learn beginner mounts, poses and transitions to get start your aerial hoop journey, below and within the hoop, no experience required, you don't need to be fit or strong to start with as you will soon build your strength all whilst having a lot of fun

Higher Beginner (Part1) Classes

Now you know the basics from beginners you'll be ready to increase your tricks knowledge and start to create combos which will build strength and confidence further around the hoop and start to work on preparing for top bar tricks

Intermediate (Part 2) Classes

You'll be stronger then you ever were before from regularly attending beginner classes, you'll be ready to create routines, perform drops, rolls  and work a lot more around the top bar and strop work. 

Splits

This class is all about increasing your flexibility for front splits. As you working through the levels of classes you will realise some moves requires more flexibility to achieve them. The sooner you start increasing your leg and hip flexibility the better, after all, achieving the splits is an awesome party trick on its own let alone be able to crack out some awesome tricks on the pole and hoop. Suitable for all abilities whether you are miles away from the floor for you splits or super bendy and working on over splits. 

Get Strong

This class is all about increasing your strength and stamina, main focus is on core muscles by doing a mixture of ass and abs, handstand drills, circuits, pole & aerial conditioning and core blast. Regular attendance to this session will enable you progress faster in your pole and aerial classes. Suitable for all abilities but be warned you will be pushed so you can achieve amazing results. 

Kids Classes

Taught Classes - Saturdays at 11.15am

Kids classes are best suited for 8years + All abilities welcome where they will learn aerial hoop and pole. They'll learn how to get in and out of the aerial hoop and on the pole, and know how to create shapes on the pole making them super strong, they'll learn how to put moves together to create mini combos aiding their coordination and confidence and will definitely increase flexibility in the process.
